Commitment to the Aged Care Act 2024
The Aged Care Act 2024 commenced on 1 November 2025, replacing the Aged Care Act 1997 with a rights-based framework that puts older people at the centre of their care. At Vitara CarePilot, we align our services with the new Act to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Registered NDIS Provider
Vitara CarePilot, operated by Vitara Guardians, is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Eligible participants can access our services through funded supports, with the independent oversight and protections that registration provides.
Our Registration:
Registered provider: Vitara Guardians, ABN 99 854 202 003.
Registration groups: Assistive products for personal care and safety, and communication and information equipment.
Independent oversight: Registration is granted and monitored by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
